Welcome to Ad Astra Flights Private Jet Charter Membership. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between you (the “Member” or “you”) and Ad Astra Flights (“we”, “us”, “our” or the “Company”) in relation to your membership and use of our services. Please review these Terms carefully before submitting your membership application.

1. Membership Overview

• Application: To become a member, you must submit an application online or in person.
• Eligibility: Must be 18+, a U.S. resident, and pass security screening.
• Benefits: Access to fleet and personalized experiences.
• Fees: One-time registration fee + monthly dues. Auto-billed.
• Renewal & Cancellation: Auto-renews monthly unless cancelled with 5 days notice.

2. Prohibited Behaviors

• No illegal activity, intoxication, disruptive behavior, or smoking.

3. Security Regulations

• Background checks required. Must comply with all security protocols.

4. Pet Policy

• Pets allowed with approval. Free for up to 2 pets or 40 lbs. $50 fee for extras.

5. Flight Restrictions & Procedures

• Booking via app or representative. Subject to availability and safety requirements.
• Member must fly. Membership must be active through flight month.
• No refunds. Credits applied per cancellation policy.
• $600 credit issued if flight interrupted due to maintenance.

6. Privacy & Data Usage

By becoming a member, you agree to our privacy policy on data use and protection.

7. Amendments & Liability

We may modify these terms. Use of services implies agreement. Liability is limited to fees paid.
